Expedition turns your photos into a magazine — editorial covers, the data behind every frame, AI composition notes, and a map of everywhere you've shot.

How do I turn a photo into a magazine cover? Open Studio, pick a photo, choose a template (Editorial, Overlay, Kiosk, or Plate), and export with one tap.
What do the data screens show? Each photo's detail view reads its EXIF — camera, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter, ISO — and presents a histogram, tonal zones, and the image's dominant colors.
How does the AI editor work? For recent photos, Expedition offers one specific suggestion on composition, light, or framing. When you use this feature, the photo you select is sent securely to our AI provider solely to generate that note. Your library is never uploaded in bulk. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Where are my photos stored? Is Expedition private? Expedition has no account, no feed, and no ads. Your photo library stays on your device — we don't upload or store your library on our servers.
Why does Expedition ask for Photos and Location access? Photos: to build your journal entries and read each image's EXIF. Location: to place your photos on the Atlas map and show coordinates. You can change these anytime in iOS Settings.
Expedition Pro unlocks unlimited covers, the full data spread, and AI editor notes, as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.
Restore a purchase: Open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
Manage or cancel: On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Expedition, then change or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the current period ends.
